What happens if my mailbox is over 2 GB when I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing mail stays readable, but once you are over your plan's storage you will need to free up space (or upgrade again) before your mailbox can grow.
What is appointment scheduling?
Paid members can create bookable appointment schedules in the new Queye Calendar. You share a link, people pick a free slot, and the booking lands straight in your calendar.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can move between 50, 100, and 250 GB from this page. Your existing membership is updated instead of creating a second subscription.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancelling schedules the plan to end at the close of the current billing period. Your storage and Calendar extras stay active until then, and after that your account returns to Free.
Do I need Queye Pay to subscribe?
Yes. Paid memberships bill through Queye Pay, so you need a payment method saved there before you can start a recurring subscription.
Does this change Queye Music?
No. Queye Daily and Queye Music are separate subscriptions with separate billing. You can hold both at the same time.
